Conference on the Island
This weekend we had a great time on Mackinac Island at the Michigan Art Education Conference! We got to present and have a wonderful time learning new things to show in our classroom!

Visiting Artist!
Today we had the pleasure of having visiting artist Rory Miller to show us the process of screenprinting and how to print our shirts! Rory is a current printmaking major at Grand Valley State and also runs and works at a Screenprint Shop, Husky Green in Grand Rapids.

Each class at ERMS has a social contract. We asked our students to think of what the etiquette should be in our art classroom and this is what they came up with!

What a perfect day for our ArtPrize Field Trip!
Both Advanced Art Classes from ERMS and NRMS joined in to look at the awesome art and see who made it to the top 10!

Tomorrow Mrs. Appleby and Ms. Emily are going on a Field Trip to Art Prize with the Advanced Art Students along with Mrs. Kibbe and the advanced art students from NRMS.
Mr. Moore will be subbing for Art 1 and Art 2 tomorrow so you better be on your best behavior! We will hear about it if you are not!
